Delivery and shipping costs

We usually ship your purchase within 1-3 business days. Orders made on Friday after 12:00 noon and the weekend are processed on the next week working day. Which means it will take 4 to 5 working days for parcel to arrive. Please let us know if our driver could leave your parcel at the door if no one is at home. This will be very helpful to facilitate smooth delivery but of course please ensure your area safety allows this arrangement as once parcel is left at the door, it may be left unattended. Simply, leave your instruction in the comment space / delivery instruction space before your check out, we will be able to see it. 

All orders shipped to Malaysia will be processed and fulfilled by our authorised third-party logistics partner based in Malaysia. The estimated delivery timeframe is 5 to 7 working days, subject to courier schedules, customs clearance, and destination location.

We endeavour to deliver your products as soon as we can. We ensure our drivers take good care of your products during transportation but regrettably, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date and time due to drivers' routes being different every day. We thank you for your understanding while we work to resolve any delays.

Delivery & Shipping Policy (Overseas Orders – Outside Singapore)

Please note that all international shipments are subject to the import regulations of the destination country. Import taxes, duties, and customs processing fees are not included in our product or shipping prices. Buyers are fully responsible for any charges imposed by their local customs authorities.

In the event that a buyer fails to pay the required import taxes or duties, resulting in the parcel being returned to us, the original shipping fee will be non-refundable. Additional return shipping or handling fees (if any) may also be deducted from the refund amount.

We reserve the right to cancel orders destined for countries where the import or delivery of supplement products is restricted or not permitted by local regulations or authorities.
