HOW TO REDEEM POINTS?

Step 1 - Login to Redeem

Click on the ‘Rewards’ floating button on homepage and log in to your account. Once logged in, you’ll see your reward points balance.

Step 2- Get Rewards

Go to the ‘Redeem Points’ section. Browse the available rewards and the required points. Select your reward, click ‘Get Reward’, and confirm your redemption.

Step 3 - Redeem Confirmation

After confirming, a pop-up will appear showing your successful redemption. You can view it under your order history, just like a normal order.

After your account is created, simply log in again OR click on the floating ‘Rewards’ button at the bottom right.

How do I earn HQ Lingzhi Community loyalty points?

Earn loyalty points every time you shop with us — 1 point for every S$1 spent online. Points are calculated based on your final purchase amount after discounts, excluding shipping fees.
