 Frequently Asked Questions

Is It Better to Take Lingzhi in Capsules or Loose Powder?

For convenience, hygiene and better protection from repeated exposure, individually sealed capsules are generally a more practical choice than loose powder stored in a bottle.

Loose powder requires repeated opening and scooping, which can increase exposure to air, moisture and handling. With individually sealed capsules, each serving stays sealed until use.

Tip: Prefer capsules for everyday convenience — and simply open the capsule when you prefer to mix the Lingzhi powder with your favourite drink or food.

Can I open the Lingzhi capsule?

Yes. HQ Lingzhi Cracked Spores Powder Capsules can be opened, allowing the powder to be mixed with a suitable drink, juice, soup or food.

*Avoid very hot liquids when mixing the lingzhi powder.

Can I mix Lingzhi powder with water or juice?

Yes. You can mix the powder with water or your preferred juice if you enjoy a more flavourful option.

Tip: Cool or room-temperature drinks are recommended.

Can I mix Lingzhi powder with food?

Yes. Lingzhi powder can be mixed into a variety of suitable foods, such as cold or warm soup, salad, noodles, and more.

Tip: Avoid very hot liquids when mixing the lingzhi powder.

Can I mix Lingzhi powder with hot drinks?
